Consent scope chosen by the applicant governs visibility of profile, report, checklist, and documents.
5. Document access limits
Document handling must remain within granted consent scope and authorized business purpose.
6. Custom checklist responsibility
Agency-added checklist items should remain clear, service-relevant, and consistent with lawful and ethical professional practice.
7. Service payment scope clarity

8. Agency service payments are not government visa fees
Agency service charges and platform products must never be misrepresented as destination authority processing fees.

Applicants must be able to review service scope and refund context before payment confirmation.
10. Payout setup and compliance
Agencies are expected to complete required payout and verification setup before settlement operations are activated.
