1. Digital services only
All myvisaflow.ai products are digital services delivered through account interfaces and related communication channels.
No physical shipping is offered for roadmap, checklist, templates, report outputs, or platform subscriptions.
2. Free roadmap delivery
Free roadmap content is delivered in the user account flow after guided intake completion and may be visible in dashboard surfaces.
3. Checklist unlock delivery
Checklist unlock features are delivered digitally after successful payment confirmation and entitlement update.
4. Template pack delivery
Template packs are delivered digitally through the account interface where template access is enabled for the user.
5. Report and PDF export delivery
Report and export tools are delivered digitally in account/report surfaces where available in the selected plan.
6. Agency service payment delivery
Agency service delivery depends on the agency service scope and terms shown to the applicant before payment confirmation.
7. Technical delivery failure support
If paid digital access is not visible after successful payment, support should be contacted with account and transaction details.
8. No physical shipping
No courier, parcel, or printed deliverable service is included in any product tier by default.
